What is the max ram the motherboard can support? null

It has 2 4gb ram sticks in it i took them out and put 2 8gb ram it very easy to do

Hello, the Envy x360 does not allow access to the RAM for upgrading due to the slim design. It is built with a SSD increasing the speed and removing the need for additional RAM. Best Buy has a 14 day return policy so if you are completely satisfied with the speed you are able to exchange or return the laptop and upgrade to another model. Thank you for being an HP customer!
