• You have to roll back the driver. It has a bug and they refuse to fix it.

• Thank you for reaching out. There are no speakers on the back/bottom of the laptop. That's a vent. There are two speakers flanking the keyboard. Please check your settings, and if the speakers are on and you can't get audio, please reach out to Support.hp.com for assistance.
