“The description says memory is expandable? Is a memory slot used with 8 g ram or 2 slots used with 4g ram?”

• Hi Richard, thank you for the question. The Envy 15-ey0013dx has two memory slots, each containing one 4GB RAM stick. Note that the memory slots are not user-accessible - removal of the Li-ion battery is required - but an upgrade can be performed by a professional technician.

• 2 slots with 4gb. I think max is 32gb at 16gb each.
