“How come the graphics just say AMD Radeon Graphics and don't name a specific GPU? Is it because they are integrated? How do they compare to Intel UHD Graphics?”

• Actually the new AMD 4th generation on board gpu graphics squashes Intel's very anemic offerings. I have a laptop with on board 2gb Nvidia MX350 discrete GPU and the AMD gpu is definitely on par with that as I tested it in my own system.

• Yes, the AMD Radeon graphics are integrated graphics. The Ryzen series processors compare favorably to the Intel UHD graphics performance.
