From what I know, there isn't a Windows Hello Facial thing on this model, as mine doesn't have it. It only has a fingerprint sensor for biometric unlockings. Go into settings and disable and reenable fingerprint. Or just restart your computer first. I've had the fingerprint sensor just not want to work sometimes and it's just temporary for me.
