I have no problems with mine. You could try a factory reset. Check the amount of memory you're using.

Please try again later.I'd recommend looking into an anti-virus software if you haven't already and run a security scan and try to download WinDirStat, a software that'll show what is taking up the most space in your storage and clear the recycle bin if that is taking up a lot of space. Also, make sure to close tabs/open windows when you aren't using them. They will take up memory, slowing down your laptop. If your computer is very warm though while this happens, it may just be due to temps with the GPU. If that's the case, download MSI Afterburner and it'll tell you the temps. A good area is 60 C or below. If none of this works, take it in to your local computer shop (preferably Best Buy) and they'll be able to fix it.
