“Does anybody know how to make recovery windows flash drive on this? Before win10 new computer's first step would be burning recovery disc for existing windows. How do we reinstall windows10 on exactly this model? Thanks.”

go to your search window and type in "create a recovery drive" you'll need at least a 16GB usb flash drive that will be completely erased, so make sure it is new or reformat to new state...once you have that usb stick, put it in a usb drive and click that "create a recovery drive"...it walks you through your steps and takes about an hour. Then if you need to reinstall, just put in the recovery drive in usb slot and follow directions
