Is the memory (RAM) upgradeable? Or is it soldered? null

I don't know what the HP Team is talking about. Geek Squad just opened this one for me, and one 8GB stick was soldered with no available slot. They noticed one site said yes up to 32 GB...and the HP site confirmed what he found...No it can't be upgraded.

The laptop has 2 user accessible memory slots. One has the 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB), and the other is available.
