You have several issues in this question. You might want to break them up into individual questions to make sure that you get a clear answer. Updating and Deleting: That sounds like a software issue. If you just purchase the laptop take it back in and explain your issue. If it is a problem with the computer, BB will fix and replace. If it is a user input error or software error, the computer can be reset to factory settings to fix it. Save your personal files first. User Accounts: MS Windows 10 allows you to have multiple users on the machine. Use the windows 10 help function or type user accounts into the windows search bar to get instructions.
