Are you talking about touchpad palm rejection? If so, this laptop definitely has it from my experience. If you're talking about palm rejection when using an active pen, it has that as well, and you can even change the Windows Ink settings to disable touch input for a few seconds every time a pen is used.

Go to the Pen & Windows Ink tab, and under Pen, you will see an option called ‘Ignore touch input when I’m using my pen’. Enable this option to get palm rejection on your device.
