• The power adapter converts either 110 or 220 to 19v dc. So yes

• Greetings. I may be able to offer some help to this. All in all, the HP ENVY x360, if operating on a 220V level electricity current, may not be the most impractical. Therefore, something like a Travel adapter/converter, on sale for $39.99 may be your best tool to send alongside the laptop. While I'm no expert in this category, functionality is important.

• Hi Michael. Yes this laptop will run on 220 volts. Depending on the country your are in you may need an adapter for the US 3 prong plug.
