- Answer CD port? Just use an external usb cd/dvd drive. Most programs can just be downloaded and installed.

QuestionI am looking for a laptop that i can use stand alone and also attach 2 external monitors. will this model allow two monitors? If it won't, what do you have that will?

- Answer Yes you can connect two monitors, what you will have to do is connect on via the HDMI port and the other via a usb Type C or get a USB to vga/hdmi or DVI adaptor. Hope this helps

- Answer It isn't really user friendly on upgrades. The real question is why do you need 16gb of ram? 12gb of ram is plenty for whatever you plan on using it for. The processors are current gen, so thats a plus.

- Answer I have no problems running Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard software. Recommend using the i7 core processor for best results and go as large as you can afford on the HD storage because photo editing eats storage space.
