Can the RAM be upgraded from 12GB to 16GB? null

It isn't really user friendly on upgrades. The real question is why do you need 16gb of ram? 12gb of ram is plenty for whatever you plan on using it for. The processors are current gen, so thats a plus.

Good question. Unfortunately, the RAM cannot be upgraded on this model because the memory slot is not user accessible. I hope this helps.
