Hi. The 512GB SSD is extremely fast and quiet relative to a standard 1TB hard drive. It can be 5 to 10 times faster and is solid state so it would generate no noise. 12GB will let you run any software and do heavy multitasking. This also has the newest i7 processor - 10th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-1065G7.
