“I just bought my HP ENVY x360. Once I finished the setup my display shows ASUS on the screen. Why is ASUS displayed on my HP product? No big deal but I am curious if my laptop is new or refurbished.”

Bought a new hp laptop from Best Buy. Received an email from hp thanking me for buying one of their refurbished computers. Kept computer and have not had any problems. Didn’t even bother to contact either one of them. No indications it was not new and price was good.
