• Is a current issue caused by some recent windows updates. The temporary fix is to disabled the service AppRediness.(solution provided by RolfHardi).

• Not sure but after 15-30 mins wait with the black screen. It will eventually run back up. I called and wait for the customer service and he need toremote control my computer and delete some file. But it was such a long wait!!!
