• The PC supports M2 SSDs. The form factor is 2280 and there is support for either Sata III M2 SSD or PCIe NVMe SSD. The NVMe SSD will be much faster and more expensive. I currently have replaced my hdd with a ssd but I haven't used the empty M.2 ssd slot yet.

• You can replace the traditional hard drive with a ssd hard drive. Both of them use the same SATA connector. Not sure this model has 2nd set of SATA connector.
