• The power supply is not a standard size and is rated at 400w. I am not sure if you could fit a standard size PSU in the case. As far as the GPU there appears to be a hard limit of about 10inches physically, but for good airflow a 9 inches or less GPU would be ideal.

• Yes, this computer supports both upgrades. HP does not maintain a list of third party compatible components. I recommend giving the included RX 580 a try. I have a 4GB RX 580 and it works excellently for all the games I play.
