QuestionI bought this pc on saturday, so far so good. My question is no one mentioned how to redeem the added games from amd. Are they only given if purchased online? I bought mone in store.

- Answer Tried Best buy chat to ask what needed to be done twice. The first time they told me to wait longer. The second time, the next day which was day four after the initial purchase they gave me a number to call (1-888-237-8289) I waited a few minutes and talked to someone about the issue and was transferred to someone else. about five minutes later the call answered and I was then taken care of. They were able to resend the email with the info about the bundle. She said it should be received within 24-48 hours. She also said I should have received it within 24 hours of the purchase. I received the email this a.m. So the day after the just shy of 24 hours. I am yet to go through the steps provided in the email until later tonight but just throwing the number out their for those who do not want to waist the time trying to get info through the best buy chat. Also I believe I was transferred to the digital download dept. Just another heads up if the call is needed.

- Answer In terms of wattage it's 400W in my config. In size, it's pretty small/compact. I think it's HP branded and made specifically for this form factor.

- Answer You can upgrade to 32 GB of ram, and I believe that there are 2 memory slots on the motherboard.

QuestionDoes this computer have an empty internal bay to add another hard drive?

- Answer NO. But there are two additional unused SATA ports on the motherboard. So, there is enough room in the case to add a custom rigged HD cage from previous PC's to add two more HD's. The SSD and Mechanical HD's that came with the PC are below with the PSU. So yes, it can be done...But, with some customization...pretty simple and easy.

- Answer Yes you should be able to fit in there. However, I would recommend getting it professionally done as its quite compact inside of this unit.

- Answer My PC came configured so that everything went to the 128gb SSD, which is designated as the C: drive. Nothing (programs, pictures, documents, music ) was sent to the 1tb HDD set as the D: drive. Check where your stuff is loaded. You may want to verify where your programs and data are stored, and move them off the C: drive. There is also a "recovery drive" E:, that's only 16 gb; that may be where your programs installed and are running out of space. I don't know if it is a separate memory, or a partition on the SSD or the HDD.
