Tried Best buy chat to ask what needed to be done twice. The first time they told me to wait longer. The second time, the next day which was day four after the initial purchase they gave me a number to call (1-888-237-8289) I waited a few minutes and talked to someone about the issue and was transferred to someone else. about five minutes later the call answered and I was then taken care of. They were able to resend the email with the info about the bundle. She said it should be received within 24-48 hours. She also said I should have received it within 24 hours of the purchase. I received the email this a.m. So the day after the just shy of 24 hours. I am yet to go through the steps provided in the email until later tonight but just throwing the number out their for those who do not want to waist the time trying to get info through the best buy chat. Also I believe I was transferred to the digital download dept. Just another heads up if the call is needed.
