- Answer I would recommend that you wait it out and buy a new computer. I found that the keyboard, mouse and sound card had issues that I was not worth the investment. I ended purchasing a Toshiba Satellite and I am munch happier with that. I wasn't a big fan of HP's to start and this refurbished piece has definitely put me off of refurbished computers entirely.
