• My Geek Squad Certified Refurbished HP Laptop came with the wrong power adapter so yes, I also have issues with "Geek Certified".

• I'm sorry to hear your keyboard isn't working as it should. It's hard to be without a properly working computer these days, and I can imagine how frustrating this may be. The good news is though that our Geek Squad Certified products come with a 90 day limited warranty starting from the day of purchase. Please visit your local Best Buy store or call us at 1-800-Geek Squad for special instructions to obtain service.
