I had problems when I signed up also. Tried for about 45 min. Had to call in to get signed up.

Go to the HP website and create an account then look for the ink program, the rest will self explain.

Go to the HP website. Set up login info with a passcode. Select the approximate number of copies for the billing period and follow the directions. Very easy and convient.

There is chat support on the site to help. You should be able to follow the instructions on the enrollment card you got from the store or your online purchase. You make an account and enter the code that your printer prints.
