“I have attempted to subscribe to this program of receiving the instant ink twice. I received only one delivery of ink cartilage . I am not clear what happened to future delivery. Can you help me?”

Did you enroll a plan successfully? If so, when your HP printer connected to a wifi, then, HP will know how to estimate when you need new ink cartridges, they will mail out what you need. They will send you an confirmation email to inform how many ink cartridges in the package. Unfortunately, you will not know that whether they will mail 1 or 2 ink cartridges beforehand. But, I never run out of ink. I alway receive new cartridges before I really need them. FYI, if you somehow receive new ink cartridges and you realize you don’t use up your plan and decide to cancel your subscription; you cannot use that new ink cartridges. You can try to install it but it will not let you print. You need to buy a new ink cartridges in order to use your printer. You also cannot use your old ink cartridges ( the very first one comes with your printer, in case you have leftover, install your new one and save the old one for later use). Hope this helps.
