“Once the wireless is configured can you run this printer using just a USB printer cord with no wifi? If not what is the purpose of the USB connection? I work on job sites that have no wifi and rely on just a cable connection.”

• Will not work without internet connection. This printer is worthless.

• Thank you for the question. Yes, you can connect a USB cable for non-wireless operation. Please note that Instant Ink (and toner) requires an internet connection, whether connected by Ethernet or WiFi to monitor the toner system.
