• It prints double sided manually.... you set it to 2-paage, but after the first page, you have to take out the paper, flip it over, and re-insert it into the paper tray.

• Thank you for asking. The HP LaserJet M140e printer has manual 2-sided print support. That means you would need to manually turn over the paper. Directions are on page 18 of the User Guide.
