• I don't know if you mean quantity in total of one specific item or total of all projects? There is a button to choose how many quantities of an item you want to make when just xeroxing something. I mostly print from internet BUT did copy something and that quality was good too.

• Look at the artwork. There is a panel on the top left to input the number of copies you want. You can also do it through your computer or smartphone.

• Addendum: If you mean TOTAL number of copies made, there usually is a utility on either the printer or through the software that indicates various totals: how many prints made, how many paper jams there have been, etc.
