Yes, the LaserJet M140we printer can both copy and scan.

It will until it throws a fit, insisting that your install this printer again with the HP smart app. Otherwise it just keep printing errors sheets over and over again. Even thought is was just working fine 5 minutes earlier.

It scans and copies. For scanning, the Smart version requires a web login. If you don't want to do this, you have to install the off-line version of the software.

It has a flatbed scanner, and also copies. But there is no feeder, so you're limited to scanning single page by single page.
