This model only supports a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection. Most routers should be dual band and support both 2.4 and 5 GHz. You might check your router settings to make sure the 2.4 GHz network is not set to off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, the printer must be setup on a 2.5 GHz bandwidth. But, if you have a dual bandwidth router, you can set it up your wifi to broadcast in both 2.5 and 5. For the setup only, use the 2.5 GHz bandwidth to connect the router to the printer and your device. Complete the setup. Then, after the setup, you can change your device's wifi connection back to the 5 GHz while your printer will stay connected on the 2.5 GHz. If you use a cable company wifi router, it probably is a dualband. Both the 2.5 and the 5 GH should use the same wifi password. If you do not have a dualband router, either you'll need to get one or you'll have to exchange this printer for one that will connect to a 5 GHz bandwith
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recently bought the 140 printer and had to return it because it only works on 5G, which i dont have.
