- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP LaserJet Pro 4001ne printer has 1 multipurpose tray, where the HP logo, is that can hold up to 100 sheets. The paper tray can hold up to 250 sheets. You do have the option to add an additional paper tray to this printer. The part number for the HP LaserJet Pro 550-sheet Feeder Tray is D9P29A.
