- Answer A toner cartridge comes with it, but usually the cartridge is a low-capacity one. I bought a new one to have available, as I knew I would be printing several large print jobs. (The cartridge was $54)

- Answer Unlike their previous entry model laser printers, this one does not appear to be offered in white. Have purchased 2 and they are not as quiet as the older 1102W.

QuestionTrying to print on semiglossy decal paper. Worked the first 5 pages, now prints one line of images over the next. Set paper to velum, didn't help. printed on non glossy side by mistake, still printed image over image. Prints same doc fine on copy paper.

- Answer The HP LaserJet Pro M102w printer is only a printer. It can print single-sided documents. It does not support double-sided printing. But it cannot scan or copy.

QuestionCan I print MICR checks with this product? I had the smaller version of this the M115 i believe but it broke and they were out at the store so I purchased this one and im hoping its the same

- Answer Unfortunately at this time the only models capable of MICR printing are formatted by TroyGroup, and are not available at retail otherwise.

- Answer 19a is the drum which only needs replaced every 12000 pages or so. The toner cartridge is HP 17A.
