This was my biggest struggle. I stuck with the a wired connection, works perfect. I found out that if you hold the power button, or the other button, for a few seconds, it prints out a diagnostic sheet that should list its passwords and stuff.

Please try again later.alas i too failed in such a quest,so it sits idle by the wayside mocking mocking oh why does it mock so i could scream but to what conclusion--a dry mouth and shaken teeth. i discovered a small stick on the floor the other day it was so sharp it pricked my tender finger so i left it alone hoping someone would clear away the rubbish again alas our household is without much order..but then...a few days pass and it was still there..so while workeing in a fury i dropped some papers upon it by accident and in my haste to retreave i found the stick had made a mark,ah such a glorious and timely accident for now i use little sticky thing (such is what i call it) to make marks that in present days would normally be rendered by magic machinery. true my hand does cramp and my fingers are dirted but now i can copy the list for safeway groceries which the husband can then retrieve now without errors so now i am without complaints
