With this printer, you load media with the top forward and the side to be printed on facing up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use plain paper. I write "TOP-FRONT" on the page and place it in the tray accordingly and practice printing. Once I determine the correct position for the paper (or checks or letterhead), I put a Brother TZ label on the drawer and another on the front loader telling me how to print on the front and/or back of a page. It seems that every printer is a little different from other printers. Hope this helps.
