Q: QuestionDoes the cartridge for the HP m201dw include the drum? I had read that it does for the HP 1109w and would like to know if this printer does include the drum too with the cartridge. If not, what is the model number of the drum? thank you.

Q: Questioncan refilled toner cartridges be used with this model. does it have a chip that stops it from recognizing non hp toner carts?

• A:Answer Good question. Using a refilled toner voids the warranty on this printer. It can either damage the printer or not recognize the toner at all. The print quality will also be inferior and you will get less pages out of the toner if the printer manages to take the toner. It is always recommend that you use original HP toner. I hope this helps.
