QuestionWhat is difference between Model M227fdn and M227fdw

- Answer The M227FDN uses a physical keyboard panel with small keys to input info into the printer while the M227FDW uses a 2.7" digital touch screen very similar to a cell phone to make selections. It is thus easier to use as it offers choices based on a common input technology. The M227FDW also has a USB port on the front face which allows you to insert a USB stick containing a document file to print. It also allows you to not only print to the cloud, but also directly to an email, while the M227FDN lacks the USB port and will only allow printing to the cloud but not to an email.

QuestionCan this printer scan a document that is double sided without me putting the papers in one by one on the tray?

- Answer you do not have to put the papers " in one by one on the tray." you can put a stack of papers in the feeder; however, for 2-sided documents, it is a 2-step process. the documents get scanned on one side, then you have to reload the same stack, for scanning on the other side the software then sorts the images in the correct order.

- Answer No, They are like they advertised, no color printing, only black and white. Same for coping. It will scan color to your computer or thumb drive, etc.but not print it.

- Answer Fax function does require a telephone land-line, though there are eFax services, and you can always scan to an email address.

- Answer You could connect via USB to one PC and then wirelessly to one or more other PCs. I don't think it will work both ways simultaneously on one PC, nor can I understand why you might want to???

- Answer I print from my I phone 13 so I'm pretty sure works for Ipad. It is wireless printer you can print from your computer, cellphone, tablet. You can use it to copyprint and scan to computer.
