QuestionPanel is showing that Documents are loaded in the ADF - hitting the Scan icon, it scans from the glass but does not pull from the ADF ? How do I get the ADF to work for scanning ?

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. We recommend using the HP Smart app to scan. You can use the HP Smart app on a smart phone, tablet, or computer. After you select the scan option, you want to be sure the source is document feeder in the settings. Not scanner glass. Here is more info on the HP Smart app: https://bit.ly/3cEujqO

There are a couple of ways to do this from the computer's scan software, with the HP Smart App, or from the printer itself, using the touch screen. QuestionCan it enlarge a copy? And if so, by how much? Ie: If you put in a 5 x 7 copy could you enlarge it to an 8 1/2 x 11?

- Answer Yes it can enlarge a copy by up to 200% (2x) So you could expand a 5 x 7" copy to close to 8.5x11.

QuestionHow easy is it to print envelopes? My old HP Laserjet 3055 had a bypass feed tray so I could print one letter then one envelope and repeat without having to make any adjustments (or pull printer away from the wall like Brother).

- Answer This website shows you how to load the envelopes in this printer: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05230554 You can load up to 10 envelopes at a time. I would suggest using the inner tray to print your envelopes. This will allow you to keep your other paper in the main tray.
