“Why doesn’t this printer print labels? It just continues to try and grab the labels but the rollers won’t feed it like the paper is too heavy. Frustrating!”

• You should probably contact HP customer support for the answer to your question. The vast majority of people print onto plain paper, virtually all of the time, and probably don't print labels very often, if at all.

• I print labels with it. Make sure you have laser labels.
