“machine will not turn on. dead. no lights. tried holding down the power button for 20 sec., no result. acts as though there is no power. checked outlet and cord, both working. what can I try?”

• Return to the store. Hopefully you saved the record or receipt and/or purchased the 4 yr replacement warranty like I did. I’m on my third replacement.
