Yes. The following is taken from the HP LaserJet Pro M402, M403 User Guide: Use only Tray 1 to print on envelopes. Tray 1 holds up to 10 envelopes. To print envelopes using the manual feed option, follow these steps to select the correct settings in the print driver, and then load the envelopes into the tray after sending the print job to the printer

I print mine one at a time and use the manual tray, as I use the paper drawer for auto feeding of sheets of paper. I would guess you can load the envelopes and print from a tray, but I have not had the need to do that. For one at a time envelopes I find the manual tray fast and easy.
