• Many of those DPI settings are going to be native to the application that you're using to scan the file with. In the windows scan manager, I do believe that is an option. Thanks

• Thank you for reaching out! You can certainly adjust the scan settings to scan at this resolution. All of the current printers with scan elements should be able to do it.
