• When using the installed software for scanning, you are given the option to safe the PDF or JPG file to the location of your choice. I have not specifically tried using the scan controls on the control panel to know whether it will then prompt on your computer for the save or whether it requires a USB drive attached to the printer and you then transfer to the computer of your choice.
