• You place the envelope(s) in the manual paper tray (Tray #1). When you open the panel for Tray #1, you will see an imprint on how to insert & position the envelope. Don't forget to adjust/slide the paper guides to hug the envelope.

• Front, Tray one. Its really easy to do. Just flip open the front compartment above tray two and move the slider to fit the envelope. Make sure the envelope is facing the right side.
