Yes, the ADF works well so far. One of the reasons I chose this printer is it has the fairly-rare feature of being able to simultaneously scan BOTH sides of a page as it goes through the ADF. So unlike my old printer, it doesn't have to eject, flip, and re-load each page. It's therefore faster and theoretically much less likely to jam in the ADF. Despite others reporting problems with the software side of scanning, I've had no problems with it. It's also easy to insert a USB flash drive and scan directly to that. Multi-page documents can quickly become a single PDF or other file types. With my old Brother MFC, the ADF scanner never jammed, but it had the design flaw that everything would come out skewed. This HP seems to have good automatic de-skewing. As for copying, I've done that a couple times so far and it did so well that the copy was virtually indistinguishable from the original.

Via email is difficult and hardly ever works. Not reliable. Google print does work but it is still in beta status. Hope my input has help.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can scan (or copy) multipage documents from the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). Because my printer is brand new, I have only used it to test out the copy feature and verify that it works. The ADF has a capacity of 150 pages, according to my printer's User Gide. My scanner feature absolutely will NOT install on my new HP laptop. But, according to the product specs, you should be able to scan single pages or duplex pages from the ADF. Please read the product's Specifications or User Guide for official answers to your questions.
