“Does this unit multi task- as in if it’s receiving a fax am I still able to print or copy ? considering this for a medical office and our fax volume is very high throughout the day . Have had a unit in the past that would only do one function at a time”

Thank you for the question. Unless you are using the same part of the hardware, the printer will be able to do 2 things at the same time. Every printer has a cache memory on its disk. If you are printing and a fax comes in, the memory will receive the fax and save it until the job is printed out and then the fax will be printed.
