Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you don't need the wireless capability to scan or fax. If you wanted to scan a document, you'd need to have the printer connected to a computer with a USB printer cable, and to fax, you'd need to have it connected to a working landline. And the printer does print double-sided. If you tell the printer to do it, it will print one side, pull the paper back in and flip it, and then print the other side before ejecting the paper.
