• Yes! There is a USB cord included in the box for wired printing. You can also print wirelessly from a laptop or smartphone using the HP Smart app.

• I don't believe so. I had it connected with USB while setting up my phone and it said to unplug the USB to complete WiFi setup

• I didnt test for that but my experience has been that most printers have that capabilty. I will say that a USB setup may be needed to establish Wi-Fi Connectivity
