    • Answer Unfortuantely, no. It will print up to 8.5x14 inch paper. To print tabloid size, you'd neither either the OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format or one of the specialty laser printers.

  • QuestionWhen this printer goes into Eco mode does it go into deep sleep and detach from Wi-Fi? My Epson printer which is brand new you need to turn it off and back on every morning to reset the Wi-Fi

    • Answer actually the Hewlett-Packard’s teams answer to this is incorrect. I found out that this printer does go in the deep sleep mode and disconnect from Wi-Fi and in order to reboot it or the print you have to manually turn it off and back on the next morning if it’s been more than a set number of hours. When I asked if it was possible to turn the eco-mode off the answer was no. If I had the option of leaving the printer on all the time for updates etc. I would. I’m not sure that the Hewlett-Packard team understood my original question

    • Answer Hello, any HP laptop, or device, will work with the HP Neverstop printer! Windows 10, Apple, Android, Chrome, operating systems are all compatible with HP printers. Windows 7 is no longer supported by MicroSoft so it is not a recommended operating system to use due to lack of security. Thank you for being an HP customer!
