QuestionI'm interested in information as to how the hp144A drum unit (prints 20,000 copies) installs into this printer in comparison to the hp143a cartridge reload kit. Also, is there any issue with toner buildup problems or ongoing required maintenance?

- Answer The question is The printer comes with starter toner already installed. How is drum unit installed? Do you remove the starter unit that comes already installed and then install drum unit in same area of printer?

- Answer This printer will be able to scan and copy, but it only supports scanning or copying of one page at a time. Look for a laser printer that has a auto document feeder if you need to scan or copy multiple pages.
