These cartridges are under $20 for the authentic HP replacements #63's (not knock off or refill, so you never get poor clumpy ink). Both black and color replacement cartridges are just $20 each, it's a huge part of what I love about HP printers - ECONOMICAL~! There are only two in the unit (unlike Canon which can have 5 or more). Love my HP!
