• Yes the printer comes with both black and colored ink cartridges to get you started. Unpacking and set up of the printer are simple - easy to follow picture instructions included. The booklet that comes with your printer has HP sites to pull up on your laptop for set up help, but I called HP to have someone help me get connected with my laptop and with WIFI. The HP people are a great help and will walk you through what you need to be up and running.
